Production Role

High-Impact Operations—With Clear Guardrails

The Production role is designed for experienced team members responsible for executing and managing the operational core of your studio inside Captura Workflow, the heart of the Captura connected ecosystem.

This role carries significant responsibility. It enables autonomy across Setup, Capture, and Launch—while intentionally restricting access to financial controls and user administration.

Why this matters

Production teams need speed and authority to keep jobs moving. They do not need access to money or personnel controls. Clear boundaries protect both efficiency and trust.

Permission Philosophy for the Production Role

Production users should be able to:

  • Build and maintain job structures

  • Manage subject data and images

  • Execute fulfillment and order release

  • Move jobs cleanly through their lifecycle

They should not:

  • Access payouts or refunds

  • Manage users or permissions

  • Launch marketing campaigns

This role is about operational excellence, not business administration.
