What is an Export Template in Workflow?

An export template in Workflow is a saved set of rules and settings you use to export data and images from a job. Instead of reconfiguring your export every time, you can save your custom setup as a template, name it, and easily reuse it in other jobs.

You can create exports for systems like PSPA, PowerSchool, Synergy, and more by going to:

Tools → Export → + New Export

From there, use the Subject Data & Images export type to adjust fields, file types, image selections, and more to match your needs.

When you're done, hit Save in the top-right corner, give your export a name, and it’ll be available for reuse in the export menu—saving you time and effort on future jobs!

Are There Pre-Built Templates?
